Jessie Englander is a professional Woodwind doubler and private teacher. She received her BM in music performance from The Hartt School of Music and graduated Cum Laude. She specializes in flutes, clarinets and saxophones including world flutes. She is also a private teacher offering lessons in reed instruments and piano. She is an active performer in New York and plays in many different settings and genres. She is a Broadway Sub and was the former chair holder for the Off Broadway Production of Holy Rollers covering reeds and keyboard. She performed with the National Broadway Tour of Elf as well as the International tour of Chicago. She has also performed for many regional theaters, summer stock theaters and Union Houses. Jessie also plays for church services, weddings, retirement homes and other events. She is a passionate and enthusiastic musician who truly loves her work.
